Brad is passionate about helping people discover what they know, the value that holds for themselves and those in their organizations, and the ways that knowledge can be effectively shared with others.  He holds a business degree from the University of Virginia and is currently completing a graduate degree in leadership and intercultural studies.  He has extensive experience as a business and I.T. consultant and has invested more than a decade living and working with NGOs in Central Asia.  He currently resides with his family in Arizona.
