Jim Trott

Jim TrottJim Trott is a trainer, consultant, and architect with Knowledge Stewardship International. He has extensive experience helping teams of people reflect and collaborate and is a coach in practical process improvement and facilitation.

Jim has served for over 13 years with Millennium Relief and Development Services. He has done field work with NGOs and teams in the Middle East, Central Asia, and SE Asia. In addition, he is the co-author of three books in the area of knowledge management and Lean-Agile software development.
